John Tambascio, has provided exceptional home inspection services throughout Massachusetts since 2004. A native of Boston, John and his family live in their own fixer-upper in a nearby suburb. He worked several years with a large home inspection company before branching out on his own in mid-2010 in order to have more flexibility with his schedule and his growing family.

Throughout his early professional life, John worked in several jobs where he was responsible for quality control maintenance. Later, in addition to working various jobs in the home and facility improvement industries, he ran his own landscape businesses in Boston and Chicago. As a manager for large restaurant chains in Chicago and Washington, DC, he oversaw the construction of new retail space and conducted inspections to ensure that building and sanitary code requirements were met throughout new building process and day-to-day operations. John participates in a variety of professional development programs and regularly exceeds minimal requirements for continued education units expected of all Massachusetts Licensed Home Inspectors.
